Privacy

This site is deliberately built to collect as little as possible.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. The site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts or fonts, and uses no analytics or advertising services.

No forms, no accounts. Nothing you type is sent to this site. The only way to contact me from here is by email, which is handled by your own mail application.

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, through its European data centres. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This happens on the basis of my legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as my processor under its data processing addendum and standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU. I do not access, store or evaluate these logs myself.

Email. If you email me, I keep your message for as long as our conversation or business relationship requires, and delete it afterwards unless legal retention periods apply.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Portugal the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). Contact for all requests: [email protected].
